Waking up to serene beach views each morning was good. The generous breakfast buffet offered a great mix of local Cretan flavors and regular options. Enchanting moments by the pool became daily highlights, and the friendly staff consistently.

The room's decor felt a bit dated and could use some modernization to enhance the experience. We also experienced an intermittent issue with the bathroom fan that wasn't resolved , affecting our comfort.

Reasonably spacious and impeccably clean hotel, location was stunning near to restaurants, a turquoise clean beach perfect for kids, and the sea in Kissamos. The very very helpful staff members from the front desk to the restaurant to the manager provided a few recommendations. Booked this for our weekend and it exceeded all expectations.

The room decor felt dated, resembling a 1980s throwback with a dark brownish aesthetic. Towels showed signs of wear, either having holes or looking dirty, detracting from the overall experience. Breakfast options didn't meet expectations, veering closer to what you might find in a three-star hotel. Mainly simple spreads without much local flair.

Kissamos offered a beautiful beach just for hotel guests. The water was clean and warm. The swimming pool was large and well-maintained, a highlight of my stay. Breakfast provided a good variety of Greek and continental options. My room, a Double Room with Garden View, was spacious and very quiet, with a lovely balcony. Staff were friendly and accommodating. I faced issues with a noisy bathroom fan that wasn't addressed , which affected the comfort of my vacays. I noticed there was a lack of shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom, which would have been a nice touch. The swimming pool's location felt a bit awkward, although it was still enjoyable overall.

The hotel has a private sandy beach with free chairs. The breakfast selection is limited.

The place was impeccably clean. I booked the king room with sea views; everything was really good. - the hotel had an exceptionally nice and unbeatable location not far from exotic beaches like Fallasarna, Balos, Elafonisi, and Chania, and the sea in Kissamos. - the seaside restaurant and pool bar were also available.

The efficient staff provides superb service here, and the spacious, immaculate rooms offer magnificent views of the sea.

The hotel had a private beach, which was a great bonus. We could easily access the beach and enjoy the sun loungers and umbrellas provided. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were spacious and had large balconies, offering beautiful views of the surrounding area. The pool and gym were also excellent amenities that we took advantage of during our stay.
